Midwest Technical Institute (MTI) is asking for assistance from all our campus communities to help collect supplies that will be delivered to an area in need by MTI semi-trucks to support Hurricane Helene relief efforts.
MTI students, faculty, and staff, as well as members of each of our campus communities, can donate supplies to help fill two MTI semi-trucks that will be driven directly to an area in urgent need of supplies and donations.
MTI will accept donations from Wednesday, October 9th through Tuesday, October 15th at each of our campus locations: Springfield, IL, East Peoria, IL, Moline, IL and Springfield, MO.
There will be donation boxes in the lobby and a member of MTI’s team will be available at the front desk to assist. Please see below for a list of business hours at each MTI campus location.
The semi-trucks will be driven by leaders of MTI’s CDL Department, who will collect donated supplies from each campus to fill the trucks. Once all donated items have been collected, the trucks will depart on Wednesday, October 16th and drive directly to the donation site.
