The massage therapy instructors at MTI bring real-world experience to the classroom, providing hands-on instruction and one-on-one interaction to help you develop essential massage therapist skills.

In MTI’s massage therapy program, you’ll learn:

  • Basics of self-care, ergonomics, and body mechanics
  • Chair and table massage techniques
  • Anatomy of movement and kinesiology
  • Upper body, lower body, full body, and clinical massage
  • Special modalities including lymph, sports, prenatal, infant/child, & more
  • Basics of consultation, documentation, and intake assessments
  • Review & prep for the the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx)
  • And more!

Modules can be taken in any order; however the module Clinical Massage, Business Practices, & MBLEx Review will always be taken last.
