In the spirit of Halloween, the welding team at Midwest Technical Institute (MTI) is doing some good ‘ol punkin chunkin. Watch as Mike Casper (VP/Executive Director of Welding), Paul Schaefer (Campus President East Peoria) and Bowen Casper (Journeyman Welder Instructor) chuck some pumpkins at the East Peoria, IL campus weld shop.
Using common household items (just kidding that’s not accurate) the guys welded together a pumpkin chucker. A tank, 16-foot trailer, 6-inch butterfly valve, some pipe and some pressure made the pumpkin chucking magic happen.
