Step 1 SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO TOUR A CAMPUS To make an appointment call (800) 814-5124 or fill out our Online Request Form. Important information to bring with you during your visit. Copy of Parent/Guardian Signed W-2 and Federal Tax Forms (only if you are applying for Financial Aid.) Copy of your W-2 and Federal Tax Forms. Drivers License or Identification Card. Copy of High School Diploma/GED (if you have received one).
Step 2 TOUR MIDWEST TECHNICAL INSTITUTE During your visit you will MTI’s facilities, classrooms, and the prospective program that you are interested in. You will have a chance to meet the instructor(s) and ask them any questions that you may have.
Step 3 ADMISSIONS TESTING In order to be accepted into a program. You must successfuly pass the entrance exam for the program you wish to enroll. The enrollment exam consists of basic math (you may use a calculator-provided) and English (word usage, sentence structure, spelling, etc.) and usually takes about 20 minutes to complete. The test has no time limit.
Step 4 MEET WITH FINANCIAL AID An authorized representative will assist you with completing an application for Financial Aid.
